I would have to say Jay's bangs... As much as I don't want to.
Both Sephiroth's and Jay's bangs are lame, but I like Jay so much more as a character (the one reason to not like Sephiroth is the fact that he is Sephiroth). So, Jay pwns.

| D: Jay's bangs are not lame. They're....er.... ...ANYWAY! Charles would win because he would probably call God a smoking poser and thus God would be sad and emo in a corner leaving Charles to reign as God which is where he pretty much belongs anyway. Also all the other stuff people said. ha ha

Hm... Charles' got almost everything it takes to rule the universe.
But, he's still bound to his mortal coil. If he can free himself from that somehow, then he'd be perfect.
But then without a physical form of Charles, how will we ever see him in the future...  Dilemma.
