(*laughs* You'd hate to be at my house then. When I was young, all we really had was one cat...

Now we have two Greyhounds, two Italian Greyhounds, one psycho-biploar Jack Russel (My precious Mr. Jones), a silver tabby (My darling Whiskers), a BIG HUGE FAT ASS calico/tabby mix (She's Tubby Pumpkin, also mine), and a mutt bunny rabbit (His name's Squall). XD So now our house is like a well-contained zoo.)

"Unless you're a massochist or something," Randy made a face. "Ugh, just got an epitany... Anyway, so tell me 'bout you 'fore I throw up what I ate?"

Melbourne couldn't remember if Mylo had told him if he played guitar or not. "You play? I play bass..." he said.

Brutis laughed too as they all got into a conversation, including Lylia in it.

[Yeah... we have two dogs and two cats. I don't care for the dogs.]

"What? Are you okay?" Ricky wondered, he wasn't entirely following everything Randy was saying. Did he mean epiphany? "Geez, don't get sick on me now. I know it's camp food, but seriously..."

Mylo nodded. "Yeah I brought my ax with me." He said. "In a big case, she's pretty much all I brought with me. And some clean underwear." He laughed. "Oh? You play the bass?" He wondered.

Shin was annoyed with this older boys blocking the door. Why were they standing around? Talking like girls. He already didn't like them. His shirt would be hard to clean if he kept it on though. He took it off, catching a glance from Mylo, but was wearing an undershirt, of course. He cleaned out the stains as good as he could. Using soap and everything on some of them. He then held the shirt under the dryer. He wanted it to look clean, if not brand new clean.

Lylia was enjoying the conversation with the boys and had already jumped into telling a story about when she was on a team, the Dodgers. "This girl tripped me and the ref wouldn't even call it!" She was telling. "We lost, but only because the ref wouldn't call anything..."

Terrence wasn't going to go up by himself or he wanted to see Frey in pain, it didn't seem entirely clear. "Face your fears." Tak told him, then crossed "the red zone" and waited on the other side for him.

Frey sighed, it was likely they wouldn't even notice him. He paced towards where they were sitting. He was just trying to go past them anyway, why would they bother him? He was almost past them now...

(Whut kinda kitties??)

"Yeah, I'm fine... Just realized why Patterson likes to chop himself up so much," Randy made a face. "I think shit like that is sick."

Melbourne chuckled a bit at the underwear bit. "Uh, yeah. My Ibenz is at home though... What kind of guitar?" Melbourne glanced at Shin too when he heard the dryer going on.

"Heh, yeah, you gotta pay the refs nowadays, if you know what I mean," one boy laughed hard while the others joined in. Brutis grinned, shaking his head.

"Man, don't tell us your secrets. Keep 'em to yourself," he retorted. The others all ruckusly said "oooh!!" and "burn!" loudly while the one guy just chorted. It was all in good fun.

[Domestic Short hairs]

Ricky shook his head. "O-oh? Maybe we should sit back down." He didn't know what else to say or what Randy was talking about exactly.

"Ibenz, expensive. I only have one of those. I'm terrible about breaking down for cheaper stuff before I got it all saved. I brought a little Fender with me." He told.

Shin was done with drying his shirt and all. He glared at the two older boys. He wanted to snicker at them for standing around in the bathroom talking like a couple of girls. It wasn't normal for guys to stand around and talk in the bathroom. They just made everything uncomfortable. He hurried out.

Lylia sat back and listened to some of the conversation for a while. She'd forgotten about Shin and Frey for a while.

To Frey's relief he was able to pass the table with the girls and that one weird kid at it. They were apparently too busy talking amongst themselves or something. He'd really gotten too nervous about it. He followed Tak up to the line to pick up the last few scraps that hadn't been taken back yet. "You're lucky they haven't put everything away already."

Tak made a face at the camp food. "I wouldn't say I'm lucky." He said taking a plate and putting a few things that didn't look too bad on it. "I'm not starving or anything..."

Randy just shrugged, "so, man, what kinda shit do you watch?" He wanted to get back into that friendly atmosphere with Ricky. He liked the kid.

"What model is it?" Mel asked. "I have an Ibanez EDB, though it's all kinds of scratched up now." He moved out of the way so Shin could go, leaning against the wall.

(Once Frey and Tak sit down to eat, I'm gonna have one of the counslers stand up and tell 'em what they'll do for the day)

Ricky shrugged. "What do you mean, just shows on Tv?" He wondered.

Mylo was a little embarrassed he didn't know the exacts about it. He hadn't bought it himself. One of his old pals had given it to him... as like a hand-me-down. "A classic 50s I think." He said with a smile. "Should we go back to the cafeteria?"

Tak and Frey sat down at a table that was mostly empty. Tak stayed near the end, which Frey didn't mind.

Frey was wondering where his friends had gotten off to though and didn't sit still for long before he went wandering around looking for Shin or Lylia.

"Guess so. Like, you watch any of those reality shows? Like American Idol or something," Randy said.

"Oh, yeah, sure," he said, opening the bathroom door and holding it for Mylo. "So it's a classic?"

Brutis was starting to really like Lylia. She was pretty cool for a girl.

"So yeah, if you need a pitcher, then defintely come to me," he was saying as one of the other guys shook his head.

"No way man, I'm the best there is," he boasted.

"Alright campers! Did you enjoy your lunches?" the girl who had spoken to Frey before shouted. A bit of the din died down as some groups replied to her question with either "yay's" or "no's". She just grinned and continued, "alright! So now that we're finishing up our meal, I want all of you to head over to the bonfire area! But on your way out be sure to pick up the piece of paper the counslers are handing out. It's your schedule for your age group. So do me a favor, got it? I want everyone who's sixteen and younger to exit on the LEFT and everyone who's seventeen and older exit on the RIGHT. Thanks and we'll see you at the bonfire!"

Those who had already finished eating began to stand and head to their appropriate exits.

Shin had just re-entered the cafeteria as they were given directions to get their schedules. He went ahead and headed for the left door, assuming he would meet up with Frey and Lylia if he did.

Terrence had been abandoned by Frey, but got up and into the mesh of kids heading for the doors. He ducked out without getting a schedule and stayed close to a group of girls who didn't seem to notice him there.

Mylo heard the announcement as they were going back into the cafeteria. "I wonder what our age group will be doing this year? I like bonfires. It seems a little early to be having one right after lunch though, don't you think?" He held the door open for Mel, but wasn't sure if there was any point in going back in.

Ricky nodded. "I guess I watch some of those sometimes. I like watching the beginning mostly, especially of American Idol." He told, but quieted when the announcement was made. "I guess the right door's us. I wonder why they put sixteen with the younger kids. Won't that make our group pretty small?"

"Oh I guess we're up. Say Brutis, you like playing baseball?" She wondered as she stood from the table.

At this point Frey had spotted her and Brutis. "Found you." He said, putting a hand down on her shoulder. She mildly greeted him as he turned his attention to Brutis. "Oh I found that kids. He's not just a creep. I'm pretty sure he's a girl in disguise."

"Frey..." Lylia was going to scowl him for throwing out his weird theories, but the boy had already passed them by and was headed for the right door. She shook her head. "So.... baseball hu?" She asked Brutis again.

(oooh, nice new icon!)

Melbourne shrugged, offering a small 'thanks' to Mylo who had held the door open for him.

"Well, it's probably just to get everyone to know each other and settle in with some songs or whatever and go about the rules and regulations," he said, having been at the camp before.

(Shut up Ricky, I forgot the age groups... *stabs him* XD )

Randy shrugged, "eh, don't matter to me much." He stood up, starting to exit.

Brutis frowned when Frey came along. He was starting not to like being cut out of conversations at all. His frown melted away when Lylia spoke up as he also stood.

"Yeah, baseball and soccer are my main sports," he said, beginning to head to the left side.

Asavare grabbed Valmir's hand as she stood up with a large, beaming smile. "Oh joy! A bonfire! What is a bonfire exactly?" she inquired Zaini.

"Uhm, a large fire?" she ventured, also standing to exit. "You sure are weird. Where you from again?"

(He's a character in Tarot Cafe. He has some real fabulous hair.)

"That sounds good I guess." Mylo said with a smile. He followed Melbourne on in and looked around for Ricky. "Hey where did our two ambitious friends get to?" He asked optimistically.

Lylia saw Brutis frown at Frey's suddenness. She tried to get her "head back into the game" and nodded. "Soccer's a lot of fun. I have a sister who plays softball and one who plays volleyball." She was already out of it, having seen Frey run through and go to the older kid's side. She bit her bottom lip. "I-I'm sorry about him. I mean..." What was she doing bringing that up...

Frey didn't want to lose time. He knew very well he'd abandoned Terrence, that he was going the wrong way for his schedule and also that Shin was probably following orders. Despite Shin's underlying snobbishness, he was a conformer. Frey took one of the older kid schedules and then headed over to the doors where the younger kids were coming out.

Shin was behind a group of girls. One who seemed to be a foreigner or something. He soon recognized the girl as that crazy one and her brother or... whoever he was to her. He spotted Frey in the crowd of kids, looking around. He watched Frey until the boy saw him and came over. "Where's Lylia?"

"Hanging out with that one kid." Frey answered quickly. No "hellos" between these two. It was all like business and Shin appreciated that.

"Brutis?" Shin smirked. Frey was giving a somewhat nervous glare to the girls in front of them. "That's right you made a scene earlier." He sighed. "Did you find your freak?"

Frey nodded. "Yeah, not really what I thought though."

"Didn't beat him up?"

"I'll still give him some trouble." Frey assured. He stopped, perhaps to put some distance between them and the girls, but he was still looking around.

"Goodness, don't tell me your drugs are wearing off already?" Shin snickered irritated.

"Shin...." Frey said, almost as a warning, but Shin glanced at him as if that was a warning in and of itself.

"What are we going to do about Lylia?" Shin wondered, more curious to hear what Frey thought than actually do anything about her. She was gone, it didn't matter to him.

"Hu?" Frey's attention was already elsewhere. "What's there to do about her?" Frey had spotted Terrence wandering closely behind a group of kids. He seemed to be alright, but Frey decided he would keep an eye on that one.

"Could you at least pretend to have an attention span longer than a two year old's?" Shin hissed. "Why don't you just go wander off and we can talk later, when you're drugged up."

"If I take anything else I'll pass out..." Frey said.

"You know...." Shin began feeling a cluster of irritation rise into his chest. "Lylia told me you went to that dance with her last year."

"I found her there." Frey said offhandedly. "That was a while ago now, what's it to you?"

Ricky just followed Randy and everyone else to get his schedule and head to the bonfire.

( DX Unfair! You have all the pretty colors while my colors looks like a rainbow just threw up on me...)

He shrugged, not really caring. Mylo was cool to hang out with.

"They're probably already there," he said.

Brutis ignored her comment on Frey completely as he looked at her.

"Soccer and volleyball huh? So you're the basketball star I guess. Yeah, well, I'm an only child in my family. So I guess I got no one to compete against," he grinned.

Asavare ranted on and on to Valmir about how wonderful this place was compared to the slave camps she had been in. Zaini actually looked a bit interested in that.

"You were in a slave camp?" she interrupted one of Asavare's tirades. Asavare didn't seem to mind as she turned to Zaini with sparkling eyes.

"Oh yes! When our country had been invaded, the darkness and the smoke caused much confusion! The invading soldiers had thought that I was a boy while they had assumed that Valmir was a girl! It was most hilarious when I found myself in a slave camp with nothing but men," she giggled at this. "Luckily, my countrymen protected me up until a rebel force had broken the walls and freed us. It was such a fun time back then." She sighed contently.

Valmir was looking at the ground. Those were not fun times for him. The King had Valmir taken to one of his rooms, where he discovered that Valmir was decidedly NOT a girl... and resumed his minstrations anyway. It had been so confusing and stressful for Valmir, who had no clue about what the King was doing. But because of the King, Valmir was able to use his power and connect with Asavare.

He squeezed her hand as he thought about the now-dead King.

Randy grinned a bit as he looked to Ricky, "alright, so since we aren't really talking right now, can I start to educate you in the world of fake wrestling?"

[I believe the official rainbow colors are like red, orange, gold, green, blue, indigo, purple...?
I'm using...
maroon, mediumseagreen, darkgreen, slateblue, darkblue, slategray...
They're suppose to kind of match their character and their group... Frey's is slategray though. Hmm I might change his...
Terrence's is Maroon, because of his hair being that color and he's sort of "off" colored.
Lylia is mediumseagreen because it's kind of a light color (I had dodgerblue for her before, but Mylo's darkblue), green is loosely Shin's group.
Shin is darkgreen and his group/associates should be greens
Ricky is slate blue. I thought a kind of dull light blue was good for him.
Mylo is darkblue.
I think technically I'm not using any rainbow colors. It certainly doesn't look rainbow to me. I thought I went with a rather off colored, dark, dull scheme.]

Terrence was careful about his walking around with people. He was trying not to get too close to anyone. He saw Frey with his friend and wondered if he should join them. Frey was the only Tak had really talked to. He felt a little like he needed to latch on somewhere. Then again, that would probably be a bad idea... He was feeling extremely nervous surrounded by all these people though and would he have to mesh in with this group for another hour or whatever? He slowly began to make his way over to Frey and Shin.

Frey didn't want to talk about what happened with him and Lylia last year. It hadn't been anything anyway. He had seen Shin leave early with some 'cooler' kids, who Frey could tell Shin hated anyway. "Why did you leave her there?" Frey had to ask. "Those kids were shits."

Shin was surprised to see that Frey was willing to talk about it. He had watched Frey's general glances towards Terrence and had spotted the pathetic boy making his way over to them as inconspicuously as he could manage. He didn't like this and would give Tak hell as soon as he joined them. "I don't know. I just didn't want to be seen with Lylia at the dance. It seemed stupid suddenly and I just went off with them. I tore one of the boys a new one two while we were out..." Frey hadn't know that and raised an eyebrow.

"Was he mad?"

"Of course." Shin sighed. "What happened though? With Lylia?"

"Nothing." Frey shrugged and finally spotted Terrence himself. "Hmm..."

"Did you dance?"

Frey shook his head. "No not really. We left."

"She told me you tried to dance."

Frey smirked recalling what she must've been talking about. "I guess I gave her one dance..."

Lylia blushed, feeling stupid that she'd brought up Frey. "O-oh? Yeah, I'm the youngest. I have two older sisters and an older brother. My mom use to play softball when she was in school. My oldest sister plays volley ball though and my second oldest sister plays the softball. I mostly like basketball, but we all help each other out and play a lot of different sports." She told. "You know, I think I would like to be an only child sometimes." She smiled.

Ricky smiled, "Well since you're going to put it so... Sure let's hear it. I kind of want to know what's going on when we're watching it." He decided.

Mylo smiled obliviously. "Cool, yeah, we should go find them. Gotta make sure Ricky's getting along alright." He laughed. "Nah, he doesn't need me around."

(*laughs* Dude, I was making a joke 'cause of the aetheticness of it. Your colors match, mine don't.)

Brutis laughed, "oh yeah? Why's that? 'Cause your sisters are annoying?" He actually found that talking to Lylia was fun. Usually girls wanted to talk about girl shit or whatever, but this one was different.

(Aaaaaaaand here's where my nerd starts showing. XD )

"Alright, sweet. We're gonna start you out with Monday night RAW. That's usually where the big super stars are, like my boy John Cena." He grinned, pointing to his jersey. "There's also SmackDown and ECW, but we'll get to those eventually. The shows are defintely fake and you can tell, but what's the real cool thing about it is watchin' at how these guys are able to lift each other up and flip 'n shit. It's real cool man."

"Must be nice to be here with a friend," Melbourne smiled to him.
