It was definitely the dialogue that kept me coming back. As a writer myself, I am OBSESSED with clever/snarky writing. I just love it, mostly because I'm not very clever or snarky myself. - w-; That and the characters are just so real, which I know for a fact is difficult to do. o__o
And the art is <3, which certainly helps. :3 _________________ "Even though the American armed forces have a distinct policy of 'don’t ask, don’t tell' towards the alternative sexualities, if you’re a bloke wearing a lot of makeup I don’t think they need to ask, really." - Eddie Izzard

IT'S ALL JADEH'S FAULT! D<
And I love her for eet. <3 =D
The art / story / characters / dialogue are all, like, amazing. And I found it amusing. And realitic-like-ish.
*is bad at finding adjectives good enough* >_<
So, yeah.. Jadeh was like 'HOMFG READ THIS' and I was like 'HOMFG THIS ROCKS 8D'
... And that's how it all went down. : D
*can't wait for next page*

| My friend Roll and her friend Kurb were fangirling... they sent me the link and I was hooked. Not only that but I was fawning over P3 and Metis looked like Minato and Josh to Akihiko.

I love the dialogue, sarcasm at it's best and I'm sucker for those. The flow of the story, it's not too rushed and it's not dragging. The art is sweet - it's unique.
I guess I love everything about then...it's just amazing in my eyes.

Well...there's a cool person on DeviantART. Her name's Toki.
On her journal, I saw she was totally obsessed with it. I was in study hall, mind you, so I was bored and clicked on it. I couldn't break away. xD

I found it on SJ, around when Josh and May were meeting up at the library. And I kept reading because even when they're talking about something serious, every single page of this comic has made me lol. The art's cool, love the snarky humor, and Charles is love.
I got addicted to it. <333
...And annoyed four people into reading it, and keep finding out that more people I know read it. So when the comic updates on Saturdays, next Monday, we're all spazzing out so bad.

A friend of mine on Livejournal was talking about it, so I came to check it out.
That, and the name was really cute. "Honeydew Syndrome" I couldn't help it, I'm a sucker for cute things. And then, the art was really nice!
But.
If there's anything that really hooked me?
It has to be these two pages right here.
Because I've done the exact same thing before. No joke. (Just not as scary)

Yeah.... Jadeh was like...
"READ THIS*
...I can't remeber the exact words... But I was attracted by the hotness of Metis... So I skimmed through thinking I was starting on like ch. 6... But it was the first chapter...
And then like a month after I decided I was going to reread it for whatever reason... I can't remember...
But I have been atticted practically ever since.
But yes... Jadeh was the one who showed it to me.

I remember clicking on it AGES ago when there was only, like, the title page and pages one and two up. I liked the art on the title page, but upon reading the first 2 pages I decided it wasn't exciting enough (I have a terminally short attention span, natch) and left it.
Came back a few months later when it had actually got to the banter &etc and read the comments people made on the constant cliffhangers.
Then I was hooked.
The comments people leave on this comic make me laugh every time.

i'm not really into webcomics so I found honeysyn from
a website that distributed the honeysyn chapters
(don't know if I can say the name of the website or not so I won't)
at first it sounded stereotypical.
i mean coming from the summary.
fortunately I'm the type who reads anything
eventually I got to the part where
Metis started developing as a really funny character
because the characters are so cool and effin funny
I ate the word "stereotypical" and is now a fan
I don't get some of the reference and
i also thought the first 3 chapters were about straight guys
but I rest my case.
these are great fictional characters _________________ remember your starbucks frapp drinks

| my best friend found this and sent me the link to this. which then also after falling in love with this got me falling in love with Pandect too. It was the refreshing plot and characters that wasn't straight to the dirty dirty sexiness as is usual in most bl, june, yaoi or whatever you call it. I didn't have any heads up as to what this was just that my friend said it was good, and even early on in the comic I had the impression some one was just about dying to plunder Metis' booty. I love how his name is annunciated. It was the beautiful art, and wonderful characters, humor and faint stink of a plot that was what made me fall in love with this comic. I just wanna know what it is that Charles has up on Josh that causes friction between those two....
